In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the dewa6 website accessible at https://dewa6.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces operated by dewa6.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "dewa6" refers to the legal entity operating the dewa6 platform under its applicable international gaming licence.
• "You", "Member", "Player" means any individual who has registered a dewa6 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
• "Account" means the individual Member account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or other non-cashable credits added to a Member's Account as part of a dewa6 promotion and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds (or winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process dewa6 uses to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency in compliance with applicable international standards.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by dewa6's own policy, including any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly criminalised.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which dewa6 holds its international gaming licence.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with dewa6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dewa6. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting dewa6 Support.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. All previous versions are superseded in their entirety by this document.

Access to the dewa6 Platform and participation in any gaming activity is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the period of Account usage:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. dewa6 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement across all product verticals, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, and traditional card games.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of dewa6, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a dewa6 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

dewa6 reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to dewa6's satisfaction.

To access the full range of dewa6 services, you must register an Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account use:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one dewa6 Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to use multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, including winnings, will be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dewa6 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) option. You must notify dewa6 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Credentials: Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Selling, brokering, or otherwise dealing in dewa6 Account credentials is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Closure on Request: You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting dewa6 Support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

dewa6 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. You agree to provide the following documents upon request, and in all cases prior to the approval of any withdrawal request that cumulatively exceeds the applicable threshold:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID, such as your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that you are the registered owner of any bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds into your dewa6 Account, such as a bank statement header (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or a screenshot of your registered OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account.
• Source of Funds: In cases where dewa6's risk assessment procedures require it, you may be asked to provide documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to dewa6's satisfaction. dewa6 reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including wagering, during an ongoing KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the initial request may result in permanent Account closure.

All financial transactions on the dewa6 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard Members; higher-tier VIP Members may have elevated limits confirmed by their Account manager.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of funds confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Accepted deposit methods include: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• dewa6 does not charge any fee for deposits. Processing fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are set by Account tier and communicated in your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• dewa6 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified Accounts transacting within normal activity parameters. In cases where enhanced due diligence is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account balance contains unsatisfied Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds. Real-money and Bonus Funds are maintained in separate wallets; real-money funds not subject to any wagering obligation may be withdrawn at any time.
• dewa6 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for supplementary documentation, where the transaction triggers internal risk management thresholds.

dewa6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause 7, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to verified Members who meet the criteria specified in the relevant promotion. dewa6 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific Member segments, payment methods, or geographic locations within Indonesia.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×20, ×30) will be clearly stated at the time of bonus issuance. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion; any unmet obligation at expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games from approved studios generally contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on the dewa6 Promotions page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your wallet, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 100.000 (or the equivalent per-line bet for slot games). Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Collusion: dewa6 operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play across multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, and use of automated betting software. Any Account found to be engaging in such conduct will be immediately suspended and all associated bonuses voided.
• Cashback and Rebate Promotions: Cashback and rebate amounts credited to your Account as part of a promotion are real-money funds and are generally not subject to additional wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the dewa6 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual titles are published within each game's help section or information overlay.

• All bets and wagers placed on the dewa6 Platform are final once confirmed. dewa6 does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or force majeure event that materially affects the integrity of a game round or sporting event outcome, dewa6 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return all staked amounts to Members' Accounts.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation are the odds applied to the bet. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current market conditions.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets: if one or more legs of the accumulator are voided due to a postponed or abandoned event, the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining valid legs. Minimum accumulator odds requirements are stated in the Sportsbook terms.
• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game studio and are available within each game's information panel.
• Maximum winnings from a single game round, single slot spin, or single sports bet may be subject to platform-wide or game-specific payout caps. Any winnings in excess of the stated cap will be reduced to the cap amount. Applicable caps are disclosed in game rules or on the relevant sportsbook page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa6 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions set out in this Clause 9 may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening, operating, or assisting any other person in operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with dewa6.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of dewa6.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal operation of any game or sports market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dewa6 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other circumvention technology.

All content published on the dewa6 Platform, including but not limited to the dewa6 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of dewa6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform (including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. All rights are reserved by those studios and are subject to their own licensing arrangements with dewa6.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, dewa6 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, network interruption, or force majeure events beyond dewa6's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

In all cases where dewa6's liability cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, dewa6's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dewa6 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is available at dewa6.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the dewa6 Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, dewa6 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC verification, data generated by your use of the Platform (including betting history, device information, and IP address), and data from third-party payment processors used to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to verify your identity and prevent fraud, and to communicate with you about your Account and applicable promotions.

dewa6 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with dewa6's operational partners (including payment processors, game studios, and KYC verification providers) to the extent strictly necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms & Conditions.

dewa6 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform includes a suite of player protection tools, accessible via your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive notifications when you approach your set limit.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in or access any gaming service on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within 24 hours of the request. During self-exclusion, you will receive no promotional communications from dewa6.

dewa6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following conditions:

• Any amendment that materially affects Members' rights or obligations will be notified to active Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.
• Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to reflect changes in Applicable Law — may take effect immediately upon publication and without individual notice.
• The date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became effective is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
• If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa6 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and dewa6, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting dewa6 Support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint and the resolution you are seeking. dewa6 will acknowledge all formal complaints within three (3) business days and aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through dewa6's internal complaints procedure, it will be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body designated by dewa6's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause 15 prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process described above.
